I had an installer customer when I was in the Parts business that had two locations. One, he paid the bill monthly as agreed. The other one he didn't do so well with and closed up, owing us 10k. I knew the guy didn't put his statements together before he paid each month. In fact he would make lump sum payments a few times a month. My store manager asked me what to do about the no pay account. I told him to bill the paying location for around 300 a week and keep the invoices at the store. Well Guess what? He paid his full statement every month, including the extra. After about 10 mos, my manager says, we got it all back, what now. I said, what do you think...Keep it Up !!
