To think SRT almost wasn't called that. In 2002 when I was in the Neon scene we had a huge meet at the Tech center in Auburn Hills, MI and the 2003 PVO Neon was out there. Later is became known as the SRT-4 Neon. Only difference was the front bumper didn't have the nostrils (needed to cool the engine down) and the car was supercharged, no turbo.
