you can run 5.9 44RE just fine, it will also run with a turbo and you will need it to get into low 10's. I would start with 5.9 short block, EQ's , cam, intake, TB and injectors with a flash. That will get you into 12's pretty easily with correct set up. Turbo will get you the rest. Our site has lots of info on Magnums swaps and performance upgrades. Anything you do will require a flash which several people do, we have them listed on site. We also have pre built harness for factory FI.
