Not A body related, but electrical advice needed (Del) :)
My kid has a power wheel that we upgraded the motor from a 6v to a 12v recently. I upgraded all the wiring and the toggle switch to change the polarity of the dc motor (to switch from forward to reverse) failed.
That switch and the push button under the gas pedal were the only thing not upgraded, so here I am asking advice on how to wire it all up.
I found a diagram online for a Double Pole Double throw switch, which I understand, but where/how would I introduce the push button (gas pedal) so the motor is only activated when he pushes the gas?
The gas pedal is a simple 3 wire push button switch, if that helps.
