school me on motor mounts...er the rubber part.

Worst-case, I recall someone sells race-style slant mounts (flat style) that have interleaved metal so they can't separate even if the rubber fails. Might be polyurethane. I thought there were only 2 styles - the early flat ones and the round "spool" ones (~1973+?). Were there 2 styles of flat ones?

BTW, I think the correct terminology is "engine bracket" for the permanent metal parts and "motor mount" for the replaceable rubber parts, but am sure the Germans used a long word for my 1980's M-B mounts.
