Thumbwheel radio and emergency flasher switch w/knob

Looking for a thumbwheel radio in nice shape for my 70 Duster. Also looking for the emergency flasher switch which goes in the steering column. Really just need the knob that pulls out but would take the whole assembly as well. Thanks for looking
