LED signal light issues.
X2, I used the Novita EL12 at first as well and had the same issue, it did not work when it was all LED bulbs.
I picked up the CEC EF32RL and it works perfect, other than my headlights, every single bulb in my car is an LED and this flasher works perfectly.
