I just use a Bose bluetooth box and the iphone works great!

I had a Bose system in the car with 4" in the doors and the trunk divider. When it was stored outdoors between 88 and 98 someone had broke in the car and ripped the whole divider out and took the fronts and the Formula S badge off the trunk finish panel. Now I leave it unlocked everywhere and just take the Bose box with me!
