Well this is interesting.

Ok, I decided to make the kickdown from overdrive and converter lockup only for converter lockup and keep OD automatic via road speed or manually disabled.

The only odd side effect will be that it will go into converter lockup at 60 or so even when in 3rd if the OD is off for some reason.
I can live with that, because OD won't normally be manually turned off unless lockup is also.
