Isky Rocker Arms

So my machinist is helping me put my 383 short block together, while on vacation last week he calls me and tells me my rocker arms are bad, says the pads are too20160605_190107.jpeg 20160605_190146.jpeg worn. I'm using old isky ductile iron rocker arms. I have heard these were bulletproof and have found 2 sets locally. i just got back in town and haven't been to the shop yet but I took some photos of the other set I have at home, these are in the same shape as my other set. You can see the pads are worn, would these be unusable? Can the pads be machined to match or any other way to make these work? I've never used a solid cam before and have no experience with adjustable valvetrain. What do you guys think? If these are trash, Ive been looking for a good quality adjustable roller rocker, what have you heard about the Mancini Racing rollers? Good price, aluminum rocker arms, good on the street? Stock stroke 383 for street/strip, hughes solid cam mid 550 lift, 238/243. Thanks.
