Clutch boot bunched up?

Hey All,
I just installed a new clutch boot. It is bunched up at the bottom. There isn't any thing I can do about it as the pivot point and t/o bearing determine the angle of the arm. Any one else have this issue? It just looks sloppy. Ah well......
