Sausages, Sausages, Sausages

I found a few minutes to make some mores sausages. This was the first time for breakfast sausages and they turned out pretty good. Because I refuse to use large amounts of fat, fillers or msg I have to be careful cooking them. It is really easy to overcook them and dry them out. But if I cook them properly they are way better than what you can buy commercially. Heres a photo of 12 lbs of them.
