Stop in for a cup of coffee

Found 10.54 acres in TN at the top of a mountain for sale. Has a stream and a gravel road but no houses nearby.
We had a couple of acres on a Lake in Maine. My Dad bought it in the mid 70s and gave it to us when it looked like I was going to be transferred to work in Boston. It had lake access and an old barn board cabin with a metal roof and front porch. It had electric, propane for cooking and heating and the drinking water came from a natural artesian spring. No more than a few dozen cabins around a 4500 acre natural lake with a depth of 121'. Mail is delivered by boat. I spent several Summers up there as a kid and loved it.

It was a real paradise, but alas I was never transferred to Boston and it was 8-1/2 hr drive from Philly to get there. Even further from Cinci and Memphis where we eventually wound up. We let some friends up there use it over the years but never really got to enjoy it ourselves. We finally sold it to one of them last year for a few thousand $$ and put the money back into my Father's Alzheimer's care account.
