Stop in for a cup of coffee

Got the plunger out felt like a idiot but could have been worse, brought it up to deans to use his pipe vice and he looked at it it had a round steel snap retainer in it, popped it off and out it came. Glad he looked at it guess I had tunnel vision. Has these weird kind of like clutch material wrap around seals on the far end and one o ring. One of those bands are disintergrated, no idea where to find them. I can see a bunch of phone calls today.
I don't know much about hydraulics but I think that is just packing. I wonder if a farm implement dealer may be able to help? They rebuild cylinders all the time.
