Stop in for a cup of coffee

Problem I have with salad is I am usually still hungry. And, too easy to justify eating other stuff later. ("Damn I did good today. I DESERVE a bowl of ice cream" lol.) Today had a sliced pork and cheese samich on wheat with carrots and a radish from my garden. A lot of days I do plain yogurt with granola and some fresh veggies. I do keep a pack of plain crackers in my desk for emergencies so not tempted to go for candy bar or worse...
ya gots ta do what ya gots ta do!! This salad I just had has a rice/bean/corn mixture on the bottom with a regular greens salad over it and those bad boy cooked shrimp on top... it was as good as it looked :)
