I have a New Old Stock, 1978 440. Its the short block, and heads. This motor has 0 miles! Never been started, never had paint on it. The heads are still in the box. It has set around since 1978, so it was stuck. I loosened the bearing caps, and it turned. So I took it apart to have it cleaned, and replace the bearings, and rings. So, I will sell this motor 2 different ways, I'll sell it apart, like it is now, or I will take it to Larry Goliday, and have him clean it, and replace the bearings and rings. The heads are 452 castings, no valves, just the heads.
$1000 the way it is, $1600 put back together with new rings and bearings.
The motor is located in Falling Waters WV 25419. Just 2 miles off interstate 81.
My price is FIRM, this is not a crete motor, this is from mopar, still has a mopar ID plate wired on it.
