shock nuts

I hear you, but I think it's anal what people will do to chase the "factory resto" look. Date coded alternators, regulators, and starters... Many of them were replaced with daily usage, you can't expect the original factory piece to be working this far after it's been made...

Just having one that looks like the original and works is all that matters to me....

Do they expect factory air to still be in all the tires???

Well I am not going that far as to have a date coded alt. or starter because what is on here still is original from the factory. This car only has 70,000 original miles on it now. But if I can spend a little money and have an item on my car that someone who knows what they are talking about picked out of the blue, why not. This car is mostly shown at car shows and driven there and back so it isn't a daily driver. Matter of fact it has pulled a trophy at every show. I know to some people that doesn't mean anything but when I can take one of my cars to a show and it will pull " Best Mopar " as my Duster did 2 weeks ago it says that my son and I have done a great job in what we do. So it kinda makes me more anal about my cars than most people.
