340 Marine Engine?
Someone just asked this the other day. I don't know. A reverse rotation Chrysler is easy to spot if it's complete, it has a big cast iron thrust bearing assembly under the distributor. This is because the thrust on the distributor is reversed. The crank will have the oil slingers for the rear main seal reversed.
Some people think reversed engines come only in twins, but I have seen singles that were reversed. By the way, the marine crown calls a reversed engine "right hand"
