I feel the same lately...this summer I can't muster the desire to work extra. Just being there feels soul-crushing (sometimes.) It's like management's bigger priority to make us feel unhappy and unimportant than to run a successful business. On a lighter note I'm off today and there are like 8 different kinds of baby birds all playing just a few outside my window right now.
