340 Marine Engine?

Your correct - it has a heavy cast timing chain cover and the oil pan looks cast as well. I pulled the heads and just as the previous owner said, it was completely rebuilt 2 seasons ago. Very clean inside, new bearing and soft plugs. Standard 4.040 bore that still has signs of honing.
