1987 Dodge Ram W150 4X4 without motor/ignition (read Ad)
The picture I am posting is from February. And with that being said someone will need to be near Richmond, Va. to come see the truck. I say this because I am not going to pull the motor out until the new owner had driven it and such. The current motor is a small block and the Ignition is a MSD 6a which will not be sold with the truck also....
It has quite a bit of rust under it. My dad has basically let it sit and why even go down that road of why vehicles should not sit.
The steering is loose. The rear is noisy and it has quite a bit of backlash. 3:21 is the ratio if I remember correctly. Headers and duals out the back are still in good shape. Truck also has AC but is not efficient at all (could be blend door/expansion valve, or whatever.) Interior is still in great shape and the exterior does have some rust.
With all that being said I would drive it 3 states over because I have always trusted this truck and was always reliable. 4wd works also. Tranny has a leak but shifts real nice.... 190k miles
As said someone local to Richmond, Va. is the option I want as when the deal is done it will leave my yard with no ability to move. You can PM me and I will respond in the order of which I have received them.
