Jeep 4.0 in 69 Barracuda

So here is a question.
New rotors have a coating on them to keep them from rusting. Does anyone know what I can do to maintain that tacky coating to protect the rotors.

My only other option is to just buy or find a set of junk rotors to throw under till the car is road worthy.
