My great grandfather owned a manufacturing company, but had a regular full time job also, so he wasn't always around. One day he goes to the company and as he's walking around, goes into a lab and sees a guy sleeping. He wakes the guy and asks him what he's supposed to be doing. The guy replied, "None of your business..."
He was immediately fired!!!
As grandpa said, "No *^#%* is going to tell me it's none of my business what he's doing in MY building..."
Even the union could not protect him from getting fired...
Moral of the story: Know who the boss is and don't mouth off to him...
