67 Valiant rear license plate bracket

The car doesn't have one and I need to get this thing on the road, please tell me someone has one! It looks like through browsing pictures that this bracket hangs down just under the bumper in the center.....anyone???

I have one has 3 bolts for the bumper and 2 for the plate hangs under the bumper $10 plus shipping. May have a little bund Thanks David
