I'm not sure if this where I need to ask this but here it goes. I have a 68 barracuda and I needed a wiper linkage assembly. So I bought an assembly in carlisle not thinking about if it was for a two or three speed set up. Turns out, it was for a three speed wiper set up. So...my question is can a two speed wiper set up be converted to a three speed wiper set up? Has anyone ever done this and if so, what did you have to do? Thank you for your help.

You have to change the motor, switch and wiring all at the same time to change over.

What about the wiper pump system, would the foot operated pump be done away with? Which wiring would I have to change to. Thank you

I could, as the switch for the 3 speed has the washer pump activation built into it. (push it in) and the pump pumps as well as turning the wipers on low.
It could also stay if you wanted since it's a manual pump.

Thank you, I guess it would depend on the cost to replace everything or just buy the right linkage set up. I wonder if anyone has ever chaged from 2 to 3 and what other things if any, changing the wiring harness would effect. Thank you

Thank you for the link, what i saw in the pictures was for an early a body. I asked them about it..waiting for a reply.
