What is this tool?

it looks like a plastic repair tool that I used to use to reheat and remove creased bumper facia with. it's also a killer looking plastic welder too if you can find the correct plastic rods that go with it. does it have an adjustment on it for different heat settings? yeah air first ir the coils will burn up.
