My 66 Valiant wagon......
So my son & I took yesterday to get the block torn down so we can get it over to the machine shop this week.
The reason I decided to do the rebuild was i'v been getting alot of oil blowing out of the breather, knew there was an issue........ I think we found the problem!?
Cylinders dont look too bad. Going .060 over on the pistons, so it be no problem on the clean up.
There was a good 1/4" of sludge in the bottom of the pan.
Car was sitting for 12 years before the second owner ( who I purchased from) found it, who knows what they ever did to it to get it running, probably not much.
She'll have a better life very soon!
