Ask to speak to someone in Customer Resolution. I usually tell them, that if they can't help me, I'm thinkin about switching to FIOS or DISH. Works every time...:lol:
you know, I have never tried it - but at almost $200 a month (for all three services) - it be about time... and like I said, they recently took away a favorite channel so I really have some ammo to use
