Modern seats in a 67 barracuda
I'm hoping to bring another set home for my other convertible. (leather this time)
I do know the they (they 98 sebring convertible) seats will work with the 66 console (I could/should have moved the seats in about 1/2" each side for a tighter fit though) in a 66 dart.
if your is a later model car it will be a hair wider. I bought the front and the rear for my dart. I had to shave 1/2" foam off the top rear section to get a perfect fit since it pushed in the rear side panels for my convertible top that touched the top frame when raising or lowering the top. I paid 35.00 per front seat , 25.00 for the rear seat and 15.00 for the mounting metal for the rear re-tractor plus console module.
here is my mounting points, 1 1/4 " angle. the fronts are in the original bucket seat location and have the stock under car brace and bracket plates from the original bucket seats. the rear section is welded to the floor pan and through bolted to a 4"x6" 1/8" backer plate to stop pull through in case of an accident.
