67 hoods are different than 68/9 hoods. he needed to keep the same hood hinges with the hood from the donor car.
Guys have that problem trying to put a dart sport hood on a 69 cuda. There are differences in the adjuster sliders but bringing the corresponding hood hinges with you solve that.
