For some reason I can't edit my previous post. As I look closer at your photo, could you put some 1/4" spacers on each bolt between the bracket and the pump? This would move your pump in the correct direction.

How do the alternator and fan belts line up to each other?

Are you sure you have the proper crank pulley?

The alternator/waterpump/crank belt lines up perfectly so the crank pulley should be good.

ps pump, pulley, and brackets never move from one engine to another when the engines aren't identical. One could fill a grocery cart with the various parts Chrysler used here.
Hunt a 360 with that same pump to get brackets and pulleys you need.

I suspect that is the case. I grew up a "troll" in Michigan in the 70's and remember the "beat to fit, paint to match" mentality. I may need to go back to the donor for the brackets and grab the pump to check that one or hit the MOPAR swap meet coming up this weekend.
