Engine math? Like this? In the last week and a half I spent $300 real dollars, not bitcoins and now have a 76 440 long block with rusty heads and 2 froze cylinders that should clean up at .040 over, AND a complete early 60s 383 that's never been apart that I'm picking up this weekend..... the
383 + 440 = cheap stroker build in the future for the 68......

I'll be stroking my bore to get a few more inches in her......

Hey ragtop, I'm not sure I've seen you around before. Nice meeting ya! And I sure wish I had access to the scrap yards over there. A 360/727in unknown condition is $1000 over here. A 440 $2k. Restored with some goodies, the 440:ies I've seen asking prices for are around 10k. 5k for a 360.
