8 3/4 gear setup for beginner?

watch all the videos on youtube and go for it! take your time, and double check things. I did my 742 with US gear / Strange gears-made in USA-and it is quiet, the previous gears I had done by a good shop were noisy-they did not take the time I did to get it perfect
