I'm taking it in the teeth on the sale of this damn house. Turns out the front porch has a bad foundation and wasn't built to code. Builder is long gone and bankrupt. I'm going to lose over 75% of what I put into the place fixing it so I can get rid of it. :BangHead:

Ugh that has to really suck. That's why I don't think I'll ever get into real estate. My dad tried buying a flipper house a couple years back, 3 days before closing he was at the house taking pics and getting measurements when the neighbor came up, apparently the grey water line and septic overflow dumped onto the neighbors property and seeped into his crawlspace and the nieghbor was suing the owner my dad was buying from over it. How that didn't come out in the inspection and such is beyond me

I was curious what these rims would look like on a 74 dart like my avatar. No rush though.
