I've had a conversation with a guy at a place called Carb Junky's in Atlanta, GA. They sell a re-bush (no, Ben, please) kit with a reamer and 8 bushings for the primary throttle shaft on eBay for $38.95 and a rebuild kit for my AVS for $33.95. And they also have the choke pull-off in stock even though they aren't on eBay (or their company web site, for that matter).
I'll be ordering from them as soon as I've confirmed how to get the stuff that isn't on eBay. I've asked if they have that linkage too but if You have it, maybe that's a better option. I need to start another box anyhow.
