Degree a camshaft.

That cam has 4 degrees of ground in advance. So if it is installed 'straight up', then it will be 4 degrees advanced. If they installed it with the ICL 1 degree retarded, then it is 5 degrees retarded from 'as designed'. It will considerably lower your low RPM torque .

I would surely take it back to be done right.
