31/2'' header outlet...need to adapt to a 3'' header flange ideas

my headers are 31/2'' out, can only find 3'' header mufflers..any way to make easy adapters... without cutting and welding 31/2'' collectors to a muffler...maybe a plate of sorts ideas?
