I have a 69 340 4 speed Dart that is all factory except for a scattershield. Are there any manufacturers that make a header kit that fits without having to disassemble the car any time I want to take them off or put them on.

Only if you have manual steering. You can use Hooker 5204's.

All headers are a PITA. The Bigger the PITA, the more power it will make AS A GENERAL RULE.
