wheel covers by?

I've have these full wheel covers hanging in the garage for some time now. I have looked on the net, but really haven't any info . So they are starting to drive me crazy not knowing more about them. Haven't seen any part numbers on them.
I bought a parts Dart and after knocking out the trunk lock, these were in there.
