Caltracs question

From your vary first post you said "you installed new shock all the way around". SS spring require a longer shock then stock.
You said that they worked good untill your ET got better(Making enough power to bottom out the rear shock now????)
Lowering blocks would help the shock issue, but so would a good adj rear shock.

And then after you have all that done, clamp the front segment of the leaf spring!

Those SS Spring can hold up to way more then 12sec passes..........................
Sure caltrac will work too...........But it will cost u a lot less $$$$ to tune up what you already have.

Buying a good set of adj shock are a lot more money than a standard shock for sure, But Caltrac is going to tell you that "there" won't work properly without them............So even if you decide to go with Caltracs latter on, your bill will be less to convert.
You know they're going to recommend a 90/10 or better, up front.

By the time you have added all the extras that is required to run a caltrac, I bet you will be vary happy with the SS Spring you already have.
