boy do I hear THAT BS!! been the "go to" guy here for a long time - middle and upper mngnmt. have been dangling the proverbial "upgrade" carrot out in front of me for a LONG time... "oh, we're going to make you one or two grades higher than everyone else - just keep on keeping on" - - every time I get a little altitude going I get called into the office and assured "it's still in the works - just waiting for the details to be ironed out and the paper work to be signed" - - - yea sure - WTF ever...
