the frikken "pep talk" works on me every time - I fall back into doing the jobs that are above and beyond mine... stop scowling at people... stop abusing my sick leave... LOL

When you are already bustin your butt, workin stupid long hours and they hand you a Performance Improvement Plan and ask for a 'Letter of Commitment'... :wtf:. I told them I was already doing everything on their PIP, so whatever. I signed that but told them I would not give them a letter. If they did not already know my level of commitment after 26years of their :bs_flag:??? Spineless puppet manager who was just doing what he was told by someone above him says "if no letter I will probably have to walk you out". Needed to call someone and find out. I said OK do what you have to and started to walk out of his office. He asked where I was going. I told him till he figures out what he was doing I had work to do and I would be in my office. He didn't respond. Came down an hour later and told me I had to leave pending more BS. That was 3 years ago. Not been easy financially, but I'm surviving and I might live till retirement without that stress.:thumbsup:
