Other than you being screwed, I'd call it headlight trim. Noticed you are missing some on the side too. Really I have no clue what the availability is on this stuff. I would imagine you can find it reasonable in driver/beater condition.

i think i tracked it down already. but i know very little about these early Bs, theres 2 options, low beam bezel or High beam bezel.

and some of the side trim is in the trunk
