Yes, I can. No they are not. I posted these photos several years ago. Painted one is from my 64 Valiant or 65 Dart. Rusty one is from a 74 Dart. Note the pedal goes around different sides of the steering column. The steering column got thicker ~1968 when it became collapsible and perhaps again when the key was included. Even the pedal covers differ. BTW, if anyone local needs the 1974, PM me (not shipping, and you come by).
