Duster project car "done right"

I will not mention the person. I believe he is no longer active after selling the car and became one, just to sell it. The really scary thing is that he really did think he was doing it right. Every and anything that was done prior to me had to be completely redone. I'm up to the task, and not the first car I've restored. I seriously doubt I will buy another persons unfinished project again.
