Actually it's amazing how bad some people screw them up. But it only takes a minute to make another one. I worked a diner right after high school. If they broke the yoke it did not get served! I mean for what the customer paid you could kill a dozen eggs...Can't say that for every egg I ordered. Some places apparently don't care.
