That bumper has "slots" in it for a bumper jack...NOT correct for a 1970 Dart Swinger.....it WILL fit, but not correct for someone doing a correct restoration...I believe thats a 1972-1973 Plymouth Scamp 2-door rear bumper.....hope this helps
