My new daily driver. 1984 dodge rampage

Any other tips or tricks. hopefully going back together tonight. I read somewhere (not sure if it was here) to put grease on the carb gaskets. reason I ask is every once in a while I get a loud howling noise that piratically comes and goes. sounds like a vacuum leak around the intake. brand new gaskets.
