This is simple. Remove the distributor. Tear it SLAM apart if you have to and make sure the screw is not in there.

I don't know anything about cars I don't think it fell in there I was pretty much asking if it did whàt would happen if it was .calm down buddy thanks for your input though. I don't know what all goes on in the distributor I'm trying to learn about cars .
