Shipping a non running car

I used U-Ship when I moved to PA from AK. I got all three cars to one place in WA state with explicit instructions they ship together.

That did not happen.

The first one was delivered to a place 40 miles away from where it was supposed to go & left there. Since it went elsewhere they would not tell me where since it had not been paid for. Payment was understood to be upon delivery, but they did not deliver. I had to report it stolen to find out where it was.

Car 2 arrived as it was supposed to.

Car 3 was covered in gravel & stone chips, the windshield cracked.

All three cars came separately over a 6 week period & it took a month for them to tell me where they dropped the 'stolen' car.

U-Ship sucks.
